The &#8220;listed company&#8221; represent that it shows in the SEBI guidelines. The &#8220;unlisted public company&#8221; indicates that a company which is not a listed company.<\/p>\n<h2>Conversion of company into LLP<\/h2>\n<p>A company may convert into <strong>LLP<\/strong>, it must be following with the needs of the conversion mentioned in this plan. Upon such conversion, the company and its shareholders, the <strong>LLP<\/strong> into which the company has converted and the partners of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.companyregistrationcoimbatore.in\/services\/llp-registration.php\">LLP <\/a>shall be tied by the provisions of this schedule that are relevant to them.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-94 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.companyregistrationcoimbatore.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/LLP-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.companyregistrationcoimbatore.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/LLP-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.companyregistrationcoimbatore.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/LLP-768x511.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.companyregistrationcoimbatore.in\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/07\/LLP.jpg 849w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>Statements to be registered<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A company may implement to convert a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.companyregistrationcoimbatore.in\/services\/llp-registration.php\">LLP <\/a>by filing with the registrar.<\/p>\n<p>(a) A statement by all its shareholders in such form and manner to be ruled by such fee as the central government may order has :<\/p>\n<p>(i) the company name and registration number<\/p>\n<p>(ii) Company incorporation date<\/p>\n<p><strong>Registration of conversion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The documents are received, then the registrar issue a certificate of registration. The registrar decide that the LLP is registered and the date mentioned in the certificate. Specify that the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.companyregistrationcoimbatore.in\/services\/llp-registration.php\">LLP <\/a>shall within 15 days of the registration of your company incorporation date.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Effect of registration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The certificate of incorporation contains your date of registration is mentioned below :<\/p>\n<p>(a) The LLP name is mentioned in the certificate of registration.<\/p>\n<p>(b) The intangible property and all tangible (movable or immovable) vested in the rights, liabilities,\u00a0 jobs relating to the company and shall vest in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.companyregistrationcoimbatore.in\/services\/llp-registration.php\">LLP <\/a>without further confidence, act or deed.<\/p>\n<p>(c) The company shall be considered to be removed or dissolved from the records of ROC.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Registration in relation to property<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>In clause (b) of paragraph 7 applies that any property which is registered with any any jurisdiction.
